THE CHALLENGES THAT LED ME HERE:
My professional journey has seen me serve in several Fortune 500 companies. Initially, I believed that securing a college degree and working for these esteemed corporations would guarantee lifelong stability. However, reality hit hard. Despite my expectations, I found myself laid off not once, but four times. Leaving me ineligible for pension or retirement plans.
In my last role, I was promoted and relocated to Pittsburgh, PA, only to face another layoff in February 2009, amidst the aftermath of the 2008 stock market crash. The economic downturn in the city left me scrambling to find employment, even for part-time or temporary positions.
Alone and without family support, I faced dire circumstances. Struggling with bankruptcy, I lost everything, including my home, with no savings or credit cards to fall back on.
WHAT LED ME TO SUCCESS?
Seeking refuge and opportunity, I moved to Austin, TX, where my family resided, and prospects seemed brighter. Attending numerous networking events became my lifeline, as I endeavored to forge new connections, rebuild my social circle, and perhaps even find love – a chance to start afresh.
Amidst these endeavors, fate introduced me to a remarkable individual – a successful, like-minded friend who offered a gift and a solution to my predicament. Their previous venture, though brimming with revolutionary wellness products, hadn't blossomed financially as anticipated.
Furthermore, my brother and I bore the duty of caring for our 89-year-old mother, who suffered from Dementia, for a span of five years. My life was placed on pause during this period until her passing. Now my siblings and I have taken on the responsibility of caring for our 102 yr. old father, who has dementia and still lives with us.
After grappling with my parent's health and various jobs, including periods of unemployment, I made a pivotal decision: to no longer devote my energies to corporate entities but to pursue my own dreams. This resolve led me to embrace a new opportunity in the realm of Personal Growth and Leadership Development courses and seminars.
With unwavering enthusiasm, I joined this venture, recognizing the potential to reclaim control over my life and channel my efforts into a purposeful endeavor. The prospect of traversing the globe, aiding loved ones, and leaving a positive mark on the world fills me with excitement.

Throughout my journey, whether navigating layoffs or attending to my mother, I dedicated myself to self-improvement through reading books, attending classes, and watching videos on Personal Growth and Leadership Development. Recognizing the necessity of maintaining a positive mindset and altering my perspective, I understood that such efforts were crucial for enhancing all aspects of my life.
